Monday:
Wholemeal toast and cheese spread (AM)
Banana and strawberry slices (PM)

Tuesday:
Sliced pears (AM)
Lightly toasted Pita bread with cucumber slices (PM)

Wednesday:
Melon and banana slices (AM)
Toasted and buttered fruit loaf (PM)

Thursday:
Cheddar cheese and cucumber slices (AM)
Rice cakes and fruit selection (PM)

Friday:
Buttered Crumpets with sliced peaches (AM)
Fromage frais yoghurt and orange slices (PM)

All snacks are served with a choice of Full Fat Milk (semi skimmed for over 2’s where appropriate) or Water.

2-5 Year Old Snacks

2-5’s snacks (daycare)
Week 1

AM – Cheese cubes, cucumber and cherry tomatoes
PM – Apple/orange/banana

AM -Carrot and pepper sticks
PM – Rice cakes and apples (strawberries in summer)

AM – Plums and oranges
PM – Wholemeal toast with soft cheese,

AM – Melon cubes and pear
PM – Buttered crumpets

AM – Fruit selection
PM – Toasted buttered fruit loaf

Week 2:

AM – Plain yoghurt with peaches
PM – Toasted Pita crisps with tomato salsa

AM – Apple and plum slices
PM – Wholemeal banana sandwiches.

AM – cucumber and carrot slices
PM – Grated Cheese and crackers

AM – oat cakes with cream cheese and cherry tomatoes
PM – apples, pears and oranges

AM – melon and mango slices
PM – Wholemeal toast with soft cheese

Annex snacks
Week 1:
Breadsticks – hummus dip – cherry tomatoes

Apple/orange/banana / Buttered English muffins.

Fruit loaf – fruit selection

Week 2:
Wholemeal banana sandwiches / cucumber and carrot slices

Plain yoghurt with peaches

Toasted Pita crisps with tomato salsa / Sliced pears

 

Water is offered throughout the day. Spreads used on all menus are vegetable oil based.
